Trent Bridge Cricket Stadium

I am a big fan of cricket. Many people love cricket in the UK. Our friend's group were deciding to go to the cricket stadium and watch a cricket match. We decided to go to the Trent bridge Cricket Stadium for a match. It was a T20 match. All of us were very excited and the match was on the weekend. We wore the England team kits. The match was between England and Pakistan. We were very excited and we were supporting the England team But I also like the Pakistan Cricket team. They have world-class players in their team. Like Babar Azam, Shaheeh Afridi, Shadab Khan and many more. We were travelling there from Gatwick airport.

We live near Gatwick Airport. We decided to go there via cab. We don't want to travel thereon our vehicles. We know the roads near the Trent Bridge Stadium will be full of vehicles. Because people were coming from many places. So we don't want to be uncomfortable as we don’t have to park our vehicle. The cab option was good. We booked a luxurious cab from the company. Their service chages were reasonable and the service was comfortable. The company cab came on time. The match was in the evening. The distance from Gatwick Airport to Trent Bridge Cricket Stadium was almost 180 miles. The drive time was almost 3 hours. We booked tickets for the match a few days ago. After 3 hours, we reached the stadium. There were many fans for both teams. We entered the stadium. The stadium was very beautiful. After a few times team captains came to the stadium ground from their pavilion for a toss. England team won the toss and elected to the fielding first.

Cricket was played at Trent Bridge for the first time in the 1830s. The first Test match played at Trent Bridge was between England and Australia in 1899. This ground hosted the 2009 world cup semi-final match between Pakistan and South Africa. In this semi-final match, South Africa lost the game and Pakistan won. Pakistani team openers were coming. Babar Aam and Muhammad Rizwan were opening. Pakistani team openers played very well and gave 150 runs partnership stand to their team. In the first innings, the Pakistani team puts 232 on the score on the scoreboard in 20 overs. After some break 2nd innings started. The England cricket team struggled a little bit. Liamlivingston played very well.

He made 100 runs in 42 balls. But unfortunately, the England team lost the game to the Pakistani Cricket eam. They played really very well. The fans of the England team were disappointed. We enjoyed it a lot because it was a good fighting match. The stadium was full of crowds and the crowd was very energetic and electric. After watching the match we came back to our home. The [comany] cab service was very good and the seats were comfortable too. It was full of a joyful journey.
